One of our clients, an established property and real estate business, is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support two Board Directors. This is a busy, varied role for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, managing multiple priorities and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll become a trusted right-hand support, providing high-quality administrative and organisational assistance across a wide range of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex diaries and schedules for two Board Directors
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged
- Prepare board packs, presentations, meeting papers and supporting documentation
- Organise UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Manage inboxes, correspondence and follow-up actions
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, contractors and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes where required and track actions
- Handle confidential information and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure documentation is organised and up to date
- Support with occasional personal administration where required
- Anticipate priorities, identify potential issues and proactively provide solutions
- Provide general administrative and PA support to ensure the Directors are organised and able to focus on business priorities
About You
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders or Directors
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, resourceful approach and the confidence to work independently
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience within property, real estate, construction or development would be advantageous, as you'll already have an understanding of the pace, terminology and stakeholders involved, although this isn't essential.
