Our client is a CIOB-chartered, family-owned business operating across three divisions: Building Services — high-end residential construction (projects ranging from £50k–£2m), Property Maintenance Services — planned and reactive maintenance for a premium client base, and Golf Simulator — bespoke simulator design and installation (TrackMan & Full Swing partners). Alongside this, the founder also manages a personal property portfolio.
The Founder and Group Director built this business over the past eight years from a single van into a multi-division business. His working style is direct and fast-paced.
