Our client is a marketplace for electric vehicles, helping people make the switch to electric mobility through an end-to-end, quality-centric service. From helping customers find the best deal on their next electric vehicle, to installing the charger at their home, to switching them to the best electricity tariff. We are a small, fast-growing company and we prioritise customer satisfaction above everything else. That is why we are looking for people who share this same commitment to quality and service, and who want to make a difference in every interaction.
We are looking for a sales agent who wants to grow alongside the company, takes ownership seriously, and puts quality and customer satisfaction at the centre of everything they do. This is a hands-on sales role. You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in having an EV charger installed at home. You will reach out to incoming leads by phone, email, or message, understand what they need, collect the technical information required to put together a quote, close the sale and coordinate the installation date with our team. That cycle, done well and done at volume, is the job. You will also support customers when issues arise and coordinate with the technical team to make sure problems are resolved quickly. Because we are a small and growing company, you will also have the chance to get involved with areas beyond pure sales. You may help shape our sales playbook, contribute to how we think about our market, or get involved in early conversations with B2B partners. This is an ideal role for someone eager to join a small, fast-growing company and be part of its growth. Someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty outside their core responsibilities, and who wants to grow personally as the company grows around them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reach out to incoming leads promptly — by phone, email, or message — and open the conversation.
- Qualify each lead, understand the customer’s situation, and guide them through the decision.
- Collect all the technical information needed to build an accurate quote (property type, electrical setup, charger preferences, etc.).
- Prepare and send quotes, handle questions and objections, and close the sale.
- Coordinate installation dates with our installer team and keep the customer informed throughout.
- Follow up to make sure payment is collected and the customer is satisfied before and after installation.
- Keep CRM records clean and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Flag recurring questions, objections, or gaps in our process so we can improve together.
PROFILE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Native-level English — professional, clear, and confident on the phone.
- Some sales experience, even if early-career. What matters most is that you genuinely enjoy sales and want to get better at it.
- A consultative approach: you help customers make the right decision, you don’t pressure them.
- Organised and thorough — you can manage a pipeline, track multiple customers at different stages, and not drop threads.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts (EV chargers, home electrical setups, tariffs) in plain language.
- Self-sufficient in a remote setup: you manage your own time, follow up without being chased, and take ownership.
- Customer-first mindset: responsive, reliable, and accountable.
- A doer. Energetic, with a sense of urgency.
- Honest, open to feedback, no-nonsense, and easy to work with.

- A dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work has a real, visible impact on the company.
