One of our clients, an established property and real estate business, is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support two Board Directors. You'll become a trusted right-hand support, providing high-quality administrative and organisational assistance across a wide range of day-to-day activities.
- Organise UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, contractors and external stakeholders
- Support with occasional personal administration where required
- Provide general administrative and PA support to ensure the Directors are organised and able to focus on business priorities
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders or Directors.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Full-time, permanent position. Office-based Monday to Friday.
