This is a key role, combining elements of surveyor, as well as strong property and facilities management, covering the full spectrum of works from general portfolio to managing co-working space, and developing the team. Managing the day-to-day property operations department of DCRE Asset management and be both creative with management solutions yet flexible in the delivery of solving day-to-day property management functions. The ideal candidate could be looking to semi-retire from a full-time multidisciplinary role within a property company/Surveying Practice who could bring their skills and experience into Flexi hours of working. A person who will be able to take ownership of their task and perform for the upgradation of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet both market and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update the company’s ERP in use for property and asset management, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates as and where required.
- Work with the accounts team on all collectables/receivables.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analysing variance, data and trends.
- Oversee and lead the property team personnel and assess their performance and development through regular performance feedback.
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on the company’s financial performance.
- Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material.
- Travelling to properties for inspection purposes, tenant visits, and conducting viewings.
- Maintain up-to-date job and market knowledge.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

- Proven work experience as a property manager
- Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
- In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management.
