The Role

  • As Senior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food across our restaurant, bar, conference & banqueting, and golf dining.
  • Contribute creative ideas to seasonal menu development.
  • Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Lead and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive, high‑performing kitchen culture.
  • Assist with cost control, GP targets, stock management, and waste reduction.
  • Uphold rigorous standards across Food Safety, Health & Safety, and allergen compliance.
  • Confidently run the kitchen in the absence of senior leadership.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a quality hotel or restaurant.
  • A passion for seasonal produce and exceptional dining experiences.
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • A calm, professional approach in a busy environment.
