We are seeking a strong, motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a lively and well-established pub in the heart of Aviemore, within the Cairngorms National Park. This is a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen serving elevated pub classics in a venue known for its atmosphere, reputation and consistently busy trade.
Busy seasonal trade (up to 200 covers per day) – hard graft, but great money and tips. Live-in accommodation available. Single room in a shared flat. The role is ideal for a chef who enjoys volume, thrives in a close-knit team and is looking for a lifestyle change that combines solid earnings with one of Scotland's best outdoor locations.
