We're looking for a proven General Manager with a strong track record in premium city centre bars and a mix of wet- and dry-led venues to take the reins at this hugely successful flagship venue. Working with an established and growing city centre operator, you will be responsible for driving growth – with a real focus on pushing on food sales and service standards – in an already well-regarded New Town bar.
The Details:
- £43,000+ DOE
- Guaranteed TRONC £150 per week minimum
- Bonus £3-4k per annum
- OTE: £54,000
