We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef on behalf of our esteemed client to join a dynamic team in East Lothian. Working in a newly equipped kitchen with a fantastic team, you will have the opportunity to grow within a large, well-established company.

This countryside bistro is cooking to a great standard with local, fresh ingredients, and to a level on par with 1 AA rosette. With a competitive salary of circa £35,000 plus great tronc/tips (circa £6,000 per year), this is an opportunity not to be missed. This is an hourly paid position so you will be paid for every hour you work.
