Flexible Work | Weekly Pay
From £18.49 per hour (inc. holiday pay) to £24.60 per hour (inc. holiday pay) for PAYE.

We work directly with chefs who can step in, hold a section, and add value from day one. If you’re a strong CDP looking for flexible work without compromising on standards, this is a reliable way to build a week that suits you.
Pay (Chef de Partie):
- PAYE from £18.49 per hour (inc. holiday pay)
- UTR from £21.10 per hour (self-employed - UTR required)
- Paid weekly
- Tips paid where applicable (TRONC included, where clients operate one)
The work:
- High-quality agency shifts across events, restaurants, hotels and venues
- Control over your schedule - choose the shifts you want
- Opportunities for ongoing work, live-in positions, and permanent placement
What we’re looking for:
- Confident Chef de Partie (or above) with solid service experience
- Able to run a section and integrate quickly into new teams
- Professional, reliable, and standards-driven
Requirements:
- Food safety certification (or willingness to update)
- Own knives and chef whites
- Right to work in the UK
- Driving licence useful but not essential
