Opportunities range from short-term cover to ongoing assignments and we're always happy to speak to solid kitchen professionals about permanent placements.   We want to speak to Chefs with a proven background in temp success, who know how to hit the ground running and improve kitchen standards from day one - drivers, with their own transport, especially.    Who We're Looking For   You will already be an established Sous Chef, or a strong chef operating comfortably at that level.
