We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for a historic and much-loved country house hotel and wedding venue on the outskirts of Glasgow. This venue is seeking an experienced, dynamic and dependable Sous Chef to help assist the head chef in the running of the kitchen.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a broad kitchen background, comfortable in all sections of a busy, modern, well-appointed kitchen.
