Senior Sous Chef Luxury Boutique Hotel | Edinburgh Full-Time | Permanent Competitive Salary + Benefits OTE £46,500 p.a.   Are you an ambitious and talented Senior Sous Chef looking for your next challenge within a high-quality hospitality environment? We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the leadership team of a well-established boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a passionate Head Chef, helping to drive culinary excellence across a busy food operation that is renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences.   The Role As Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in leading, developing and inspiring the brigade.
