\n \nThe Role
\nAs Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play an essential role in maintaining kitchen standards during service. You’ll work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food delivery.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Running your section efficiently during prep and service
\n• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
\n• Supporting junior chefs and maintaining team structure
\n• Ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are met
\n• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
\n• Contributing ideas for menus and daily specials
\n \nWhat We’re Looking For
\n• Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
\n• Passion for fresh, high-quality food
\n• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
\n• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
\n• Good organisation and attention to detail
