- Proven ability to manage a profit centre, control costs, and minimise waste.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A sound understanding of food hygiene, compliance, and Health & Safety standards.
- Around 10 years' kitchen experience, with at least 3 years as Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- SVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery and REHIS Food Hygiene (Level 2) are desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the highest standards across all food preparation and service.
- Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in every dish that leaves the kitchen.
- Managing and mentoring the kitchen team.
- Overseeing kitchen stock, supplier relationships, and cost control.

- A popular main restaurant operating 7 days a week, serving up to 90 covers on busy services.
