This is a rare opportunity to lead the entire culinary operation of a high-volume, all-day dining business operating across multiple outlets and menus. Service runs across breakfast, lunch and dinner, alongside afternoon teas, 'grab and go' fare, as well as events, weddings and functions throughout the year.
Set within a remote and iconic location, the role offers a lifestyle-led opportunity for a Head Chef who enjoys scale, complexity and team leadership. Backed by an established and respected hospitality group, there is clear ambition to elevate standards and progress towards achieving 2 AA Rosettes within the restaurant.
This role is suited to an experienced Head Chef, rosette-level exposure desirable, leading a brigade of 12 chefs and 4 kitchen porters in a demanding, multi-service environment.
