Flexible Workforce Solutions is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sous Chef to join the opening team of a brand-new all-day dining venue in St Andrews. This concept will offer relaxed, quality café-style dishes during the day, evolving into a more refined, neighbourhood-style dining experience in the evening. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established hospitality group at the launch stage and help set the tone for a modern, welcoming venue with a strong food identity.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food across both daytime and evening services. You'll be central to building the kitchen culture, developing menus, and ensuring the smooth running of a busy, ambitious operation.
