The Role
As Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section and ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard. You'll work closely with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service and uphold kitchen standards. You'll bring, and also learn, technique, recipes, speed of work and dedication to consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your section during prep and service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting and guiding junior team members
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting with stock control and reducing waste
- Contributing to menu ideas and daily specials
