Package:
- £38,000-£40,000 salary DOE
- Approx. £4,500 tips/service charge
- 40-hour contract
- 28 days holiday, increasing after 3 years

The Role:
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead service and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
- Deliver consistent, seasonal food across a busy bar and restaurant operation
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials
- Maintain high standards during both peak seasonal trade and quieter periods
About You:
- Current Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Experience within a quality-led fresh food kitchen
- Confident leading from the front during service
