My client is one of the UK's leading claimant RTA specialists, with offices near Slough but fully set up to work remote. Preference is for someone who is able to work hybrid, perhaps 1 day per week in Slough, but there is flexibility around this and could potentially offer full remote for those further afield.
Candidates should be qualified solicitors and therefore have litigation rights. We could potentially consider an NQ solicitor providing you have exposure to claimant RTA work.
The role will involve litigating on RTA files to include Personal Injury and Credit Hire, including small, fast track and intermediate track claims. Full induction, training and professional development will be provided.
Salary - basic will fall between £40-50k depending on skills and level of experience. Bonuses will add between £6-18k on top, giving a potential max OTE of £68k for someone at the top end of the salary bracket.
