Fast growing insurance claims outsourcing company based in Wilmslow are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join their team. Role has arisen due to growth - new contract wins and thus the recruitment of a full new team.

Required - understanding of MOTOR CLAIMS including processes, technical understanding (liability, indemnity etc).

Role will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coaching a team of claims handlers
  • Ensuring achievement of KPI's and SLA's
  • Producing and analysis Management Information to reflect team performance, improvement and areas of concern
  • Managing the relationship with stakeholders, both within the business, managing the client relationship and external suppliers

Role will be mainly office based with some opportunity for home working. Salary - dependent on skills and experience.
