Litigated Fee Earner
to join our growing team, managing a caseload of claimant credit hire litigation matters. The Role Manage Fast Track and Multi-Track credit hire claims, with some Small Claims. Handle liability and quantum disputes from issue through to settlement. Progress claims proactively and meet all court deadlines. Maintain accurate case management and file records. Liaise with clients, credit hire organisations, experts and counsel. Work efficiently towards settlement and timely file closure. About You 2+ years RTA or Personal Injury litigation experience

essential. Strong knowledge of liability and quantum. Fast Track/Multi-Track experience desirable. Proclaim experience desirable. Organised, proactive and able to manage your own caseload.
