We are looking for an experienced and engaging IT Skills Developer to join our Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others get the most from technology, delivering effective training, and supporting the rollout of new systems across a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and evaluate IT training across multiple formats, including classroom, one-to-one, workshops and e-learning.
  • Identify training needs and develop engaging learning materials, guides and presentations.
  • Create and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
  • Support the rollout of new technologies and software upgrades through effective training and knowledge transfer.
  • Work closely with IT and business support teams to promote best practice and maximise user adoption.
  • Provide application support and assist staff with day-to-day IT queries.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering IT training within a busy IT support or Service Desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating training documentation, e-learning content and user guides.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel between office locations when required.

Desirable Skills

  • Formal training qualification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Trainer or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering training on case management, telephony, CRM or workflow systems.
  • Knowledge of document management, digital dictation and document comparison software.
