Currently working with a leading law firm in central Liverpool who are expanding their HDR function. The role will involve managing a team of fee earners and solicitors handling claimant pre-lit and litigated housing disrepair files, as well as managing your own caseload of complex matters.
A large part of this role will be providing ongoing technical training, coaching and mentoring to fee earners, as well as ensuring the team as a whole meet and exceed KPI's, giving a first in class service to the claimants your team represent.
