Award winning Liverpool law firm is seeking skilled Credit Hire experienced fee earners for both their pre-lit and litigated teams due to ongoing growth..
Responsibilities to include:
- Management of a caseload of credit hire cases under supervision
- Ability to negotiate and settle cases/ achieve best outcomes
- Working effectively with the existing team
- Experienced in using a case management and diary system
- Responsible for compliance with court directions and orders & the ability to manage a case from proceedings being commenced, to trial for the litigated team.
Salary will depend on skills and experience you bring to the table, but we are happy to pay market leading rates to reflect the quality of candidates we are seeking, range will likely sit in te £30-45k basic range plus bonuses, pension and other perks.
