We're growing a specialist Cycling Injury team in the heart of Liverpool and looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor — newly qualified through to experienced litigator — who wants to build real expertise in a fast-growing, genuinely niche area of law. This isn't a generic PI caseload. You'll be working almost exclusively on cycling-related RTC claims, backed by a consistent flow of high-quality instructions, so you can actually develop depth instead of firefighting a mixed bag of files. What you'll be doing: Managing your own caseload of cycling-related personal injury claims, instruction through to settlement Assessing liability and quantum, gathering evidence, building watertight documentation Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties to keep cases moving Working alongside — or, depending on experience, leading on — the bigger, more complex matters Being part of a team that actually cares about road justice — not just billing targets What you'll bring: A genuine interest in cycling, road safety, or supporting vulnerable road users Qualified Solicitor — NQ welcomed, as are experienced PI litigators Strong personal injury litigation experience, or transferable litigation skills with a real appetite to specialise Sharp attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to own a busy caseload What's in it for you: Modern offices in Liverpool city centre, excellent transport links 23 days holiday + your birthday off + 8 bank holidays Income protection, dental plan, critical illness and death-in-service cover Workplace pension, Employee Assistance Programme Free weekly wellbeing classes, discounted on-site café/restaurant Secure bike storage (obviously)
