is looking for an experienced Housing Disrepair specialist to take the reins as
Head of Litigation , leading a strong team handling pre and post-litigated HDR matters. This isn't just about running your own files
it's about shaping how a team performs. You'll manage capacity, motivate and develop your people through regular 1-2-1s, and make sure every client gets a high standard of service, delivered on time and to target.
