Currently working with a leading law firm in central Liverpool who are expanding their HDR team. Managing a caseload of claimant pre-lit and litigated housing disrepair files, you will also provide advice and guidance to junior fee earners.
You will be managing claims which fall under small claims track, fast track, and multi-track.
Salary depends on level of experience and skills but a guide of £35-55k gives an indication of the calibre of candidate we are looking to engage with. Full job spec available on application.
