Due to ongoing growth we are seeking Litigated Fee Earners for both our Personal Injury and Credit Hire teams based in Bolton. Responsibilities to include: Management of a caseload of litigated fast track and multi-track credit hire cases under supervision Responsible for compliance with court directions and orders Working effectively with the existing team Ability to manage a case from proceedings being commenced, to trial Experienced in using a case management and diary system Ability to negotiate and settle cases/ achieve best outcomes Salary will depend on skills and experience you bring to the table, but we are happy to pay market leading rates to reflect the quality of candidates we are seeking.
