Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established distribution business based in Dartford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver, FLT Driver, or Forklift Driver looking for a full-time, ongoing position with regular daytime hours.

If you have experience working as a Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance licence, we d love to hear from you.

Hours * Monday to Friday * 6:00am 3:00pm Pay * 13.45 per hour.

Duties * Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently. * Loading and unloading delivery vehicles. * Moving stock throughout the warehouse. * Putting stock away into designated locations. * Picking and preparing orders when required. * Carrying out general warehouse duties. * Completing basic paperwork and following health and safety procedures. * Working as part of a busy warehouse team to meet daily targets.

Requirements * A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent). * Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment. * Good attention to detail. * A positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Reliable with excellent timekeeping. * Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am
