Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting for Driver s Mates to join a well-established client based in Medina, Newport on the Isle of Wight. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work with the chance of securing a permanent role after a successful 12-week temporary period.
The Role
- Assisting the driver with multi-drop deliveries across the Isle of Wight
- Working as part of a two-person crew
- Loading and unloading goods safely
- Supporting with navigation and delivery paperwork where required
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
- Monday to Friday work
- Day shifts only
- Shift times will be confirmed by site once training has been completed
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Must be based on the Isle of Wight
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
