Flexible People Ltd are urgently seeking multiple Drivers Mates for a well-known company based in Swanley. As the drivers mate, you will be assisting the driver with the deliveries. The van will be preloaded by the warehouse. The company supplies wholesale goods including cleaning products, so when you arrive at your stops you will be informed of what products they need, which you and the driver will need to pick out.
The ideal candidate will also hold a valid UK driving license. Candidates must be very physically fit as this role involves large drops and a lot of handballing/lifting. You must be well presented, own black or navy smart work trousers and t-shirt, a high vis vest and safety boots. You will be representing the company, so excellent customer service skills are also of high importance. You must have a national insurance number.
You must be able to speak fluent English and be able to read and write to a good standard. The job is Monday to Friday. Start time is between 05:30am and 06:00am each day and is approximately 9-11 hours long. Pay rates are £13.15ph. The right candidates must be willing to work full time. This is an ongoing position. You will be required to fill in some paperwork electronically before you start.
