Flexible People Ltd are urgently seeking a warehouse operative with the Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences for a well known company based in Droitwich (WR9) This is a full time, Monday to Friday position & the shift timings are 1100am-1800pm Please note you must be flexible for the training as it might be on nights. *Immediate starts available* *Please note that you must hold both licenses to apply for this role.* This role is for our well known, industry leading client that specializes in the distribution of wholesale cleaning products. Responsibilities of the role: – Operate both a Counterbalance and Reach forklift to move materials within the warehouse – Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift – Transport materials to designated areas in the warehouse – Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular counts and reconciling discrepancies – Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the forklift as needed – Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area – Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Requirements: – Valid Reach AND counterbalance operator certification (2 years experience) – Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
