Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting a Class 2 HIAB Driver (hook and sling) for a prestigious client whose operations start from Tadley. Our client is a well-known supplier of outdoor landscaping and gardening materials, including gravel, sand, and other building supplies. This is a multi-drop role, delivering materials to both commercial and residential customers. The working day will always begin in Tadley, where you will load materials using a HIAB crane (Hook and Sling). Drivers will then complete deliveries and may also be required to drive the client’s Class 2 Hiab vehicles between sites, including Thatcham and Hare Hatch, as part of the role.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 – 17:00
- Optional Saturdays available during the summer peak period
Pay Rate
- £20 per hour
This role offers the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Full HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DI, or NI convictions)
- Valid HIAB licence (Hook and Sling)
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and write to a suitable standard
