This is a full time Monday to Friday role with the rotational shift pattern of one week being 0800-1600 and the following 0900-1700pm.

Overview:
The Telesales Appointment Maker plays a vital role in driving the growth and expansion of our sales division. This position requires a motivated, resilient, and well-organized individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to lead generation and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact new and potential clients via phone, email, CRM, and social media in compliance with GDPR regulations

Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed information gathering

Accurately input and manage data in the CRM system

Maintain and update Area Sales Managers calendars with relevant and high-quality appointments

Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients

Achieve and exceed KPIs related to calls, appointments, and data accuracy
