Role Overview: Flexible People Ltd are seeking an experienced and certified Reach Forklift Driver (B2) to join our warehouse team. The role primarily involves operating a reach truck for stock replenishment while supporting general warehouse duties. This position requires working in a fast-paced, multi-skilled warehouse environment, including cold storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach Forklift Truck (B2) safely and efficiently
- Replenishment and movement of warehouse stock
- Support general warehouse operations as required
- Manual handling, including bending, stretching, and lifting up to 25kg
- Work in varying temperature environments, including cold storage (-25C)
- Follow all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Reach Forklift (B2) licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience in a multi-skilled environment
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physical duties
- Basic English language skills
- Ability to perform simple calculations
- Own transport recommended due to limited public transport access
- Must be available to attend an on-site interview
- Must be available to complete site induction (first week at 08:00)
PPE Requirements:
- Steel toe capped safety boots
- Hi-visibility vest
