Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting Class 2 (C) Tipper Drivers for a large, well-established client operating within the aggregates and construction industry. As a Class 2 Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of aggregates and materials to construction sites and depots.

Working Hours & Shift Availability:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Standard shift length: 8.75 hours
  • Drivers must attend all booked shifts in a week to qualify for the bonus

Pay & Bonus Structure:

  • Flat rate: £14.00 per hour
  • Daily bonus: £35 (attends all booked shifts offered that week)
  • Works the full 8.75 hours per shift
  • Estimated hourly rate: £18.68 per hour (including bonus, when criteria are met)

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid UK Class 2 (C) licence
  • Have a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • Previous tipper or construction site experience is preferred but not essential
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability
  • Able to communicate effectively with transport teams and site staff
  • Comfortable working in a construction environment

Full site induction and health & safety training provided.
