Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting 7.5t Home delivery drivers for a well known client of ours, based in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a multi-national organization, with the potential for growth and opportunities. This role involves working with a Drivers Mate to deliver large goods to residential properties. The type of goods you will be delivering are TV\βs, flat pack furniture, gym equipment, white goods etc. Due to the weight of the products you are delivering you MUST be physically fit. The company offer the customer a \βroom of choice\β delivery, you will be fully trained on how to do this. Upon successful application, all new drivers are subject to a driving assessment and multiple choice highway code/tacho exam. This will then be followed the next day with a subsequent induction day. The company operate 7 days a week, you will be offered a 5 or 6 day rota. Weekend work will be involved. Shift timings are 06.00 start, shifts last roughly 8-10 hours. Pay rate β Β£17.30 per hour, (inclusive of holiday pay). There is an overtime rate of Β£23.16 per hour. Our client will happily accept newly qualified drivers. You must have a valid UK License, CPC and Digitacho, no more than 6 points on your driving license. No DD, DR or NI convictions.
