What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly-from staff management and stock control to delivering top-notch customer service.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team, empowering them to excel in their roles and provide exceptional service to every customer.

  • Strategise for success: work closely on store performance plans to maximise sales, enhance efficiency, and drive profitability.

  • Maintain the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all.

  • Resolve customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.

  • Proven leadership experience: you’ve managed teams before and know how to inspire, coach, and get the best from your people.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and a passion for maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both with your team and customers, ensuring smooth operations and a friendly atmosphere.

  • Organised multitasker: you’re comfortable juggling scheduling, payroll, and other operational duties with accuracy.
