Flexible Medical Packaging Limited (FMP) is part of Clinimed Holding Limited, a group of companies founded in 1982. FMP offers a first-class turnkey service of sterile and non-sterile products for the healthcare provision. Develop, lead, and implement the business development strategy in alignment with the company's overall strategic plan. This includes focusing on the growth of new customers and pursuing profitable new markets and clients in targeted sectors. Contribute to all aspects of business development to support the commercial success of the business. Drive new business development by identifying strategic sales opportunities, securing new clients, and managing client relationships through to successful closure. Oversee marketing strategies and tools designed to generate leads and acquire new clients.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute activities within the designated area to achieve the shared objectives of FMP effectively.
- Project Management: Report deviations from project requirements and take corrective actions to ensure alignment with set goals.
- Performance & KPIs: Actively work towards achieving established objectives (KPIs) to measure success and drive performance.
- Business Growth: Implement business development strategies that maximize competitive advantage, drive new sales, and align with business goals.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key industry players and partners. Cultivate key networking opportunities to generate new business leads.
- Lead Generation: Stay ahead of market trends, identifying new business development opportunities, potential business partners, and emerging markets.
- Sales Sector Development: Expand existing sales sectors and foster the growth of emerging markets through sales, business development, and management efforts.
- Compelling Proposals: Collaborate with the proposals team or lead proposal efforts, ensuring the integration of key win themes for successful outcomes.
- Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs, offering solutions with integrity, and providing high-quality recommendations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term business relationships with stakeholders to strengthen market position.

About You:
- Extensive industry experience with a wide network of contacts across key markets.
- A business development qualification or degree.
- Proven track record in business development, sales conversion, and selling based on value propositions.
- Operational experience in sectors served by the company, particularly in customer relations, supply chain, sales, or business development.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and workloads in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, presentation, and written proposal abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and success-oriented mindset.
