Collaborate with Performance Engineering to analyze system data, identify performance trends, and implement efficiency improvements. Proactively monitor high-priority issues, ensure timely resolution and minimise customer impact.

Build strong customer relationships through transparency, dependability, and responsiveness. Coordinate outages, maintenance, and site access with customers and field teams to minimise disruptions. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, supply chain, and field service teams to manage warranty claims, align on issue resolution, and recover costs, while driving improvements in asset reliability and customer support.
