(Almost) welcome to the Flexfurn family! You write catchy headlines and content that truly converts. As a (Junior) Digital Marketeer, you are Flexfurn's copy ninja with a nose for strong stories, but you look beyond content alone. You bring our world of smart, flexible furniture solutions for events and hospitality to life with content that inspires and persuades. At the same time, you contribute to the broader approach: you help shape the digital marketing strategies and translate them into a well-thought-out 360° approach across all channels. You don't just execute content; you understand the why, where, and how. You know how to reach the right target audience, set up campaigns, and create impact, from lead generation to brand experience.

Furthermore, you are someone who likes to roll up their sleeves. You help with brainstorming, organizing, and coordinating trade shows, events, and commercial moments. Whether it involves setup, execution, or even sales: you are there to make it happen. You combine a strong content focus with digital strategic insight, a sense of design, and a natural curiosity about new tools and trends. You think proactively, participate actively, and continuously develop yourself.

Content-driven marketer with strategic maturity

You take ownership of everything related to content creation, from idea to execution and quality. You translate the digital marketing strategy into strong, consistent, and converting content across all channels. Creative copywriting is your core skill: you write and optimize content that resonates, persuades, and converts. You actively contribute to the broader marketing approach and help build a well-thought-out digital 360° strategy. You understand how channels, target audiences, and campaigns come together and leverage this smartly.

You develop and monitor the content strategy (topics, formats, tone of voice, storytelling). You ensure a continuous flow of high-quality content with a focus on impact, not volume. You create content for various channels: website, campaigns, social media, video, email, advertisements, … You are responsible for digital content creation and strategy from A to Z: Copywriting (key focus), video marketing and scripting, visual briefing and direction, content optimization (SEO, CRO, GEO).

You optimize website and webshop copy with a focus on conversion and user experience. You manage and structure digital assets (image bank, content reuse, …). You work data-driven: you analyze performance (traffic, engagement, conversion) and adjust based on insights. You provide critical feedback on existing content and campaigns and optimize where necessary. You introduce new ideas, formats, and perspectives that strengthen the brand. You support and actively participate in trade fairs, events, and commercial initiatives. You help with brainstorming, organizing, coordinating, and executing (yes, also hands-on on the floor). You act as a sparring partner for the Marketing Manager and contribute ideas at a strategic level. You report to the Marketing Manager.

Your playing field

You have initial relevant experience in marketing or content (± 2 years) and are ready to take ownership. Writing is second nature to you: you effortlessly create content that makes an impact. You get energy from building stories that inspire, persuade, and convert. Social media is your playing field: you follow trends, understand formats, and know what works (and what doesn't). You have a strong sense of language, tone of voice, and storytelling (Dutch is key, good knowledge of English). You think both creatively and strategically and understand how a 360° marketing approach works.

You are familiar with digital marketing principles (SEO, CRO, GEO/AI) and know how content needs to perform. You are hands-on and get energy from creating and executing: from idea and concept to concrete realization. You have a feel for visual content and collaborate smoothly with design (or take initiative where necessary). Experience with tools (Canva, Adobe, AI tools, …) is a plus, eagerness to learn is essential. You have a clear interest in furniture, interior design, events, and/or hospitality and feel at home in that world. You understand how experience, atmosphere, and functionality come together and translate this into strong content and campaigns.

You are proactive, critical, and solution-oriented: you see opportunities and take initiative. You work in a structured manner, but switch flexibly when necessary. You are a team player who enjoys brainstorming with the Marketing Manager, but also takes responsibility independently. You like to roll up your sleeves and are willing to contribute to events, trade fairs, and commercial initiatives.
