The ambition of Flexfurn is clear: to innovate and grow further, in Belgium and beyond. Be the coaching hub of our sales department. You coach the 4-member inside sales team in their daily operations, customer follow-up, and commercial approach. You monitor KPIs and translate figures into concrete actions. You safeguard the commercial flow from quotation to follow-up and ensure that customers are helped quickly, correctly, and professionally. You bring structure to meetings, priorities, and follow-ups, without losing your hands-on mentality. You think along about how we can better approach customers and regions. You are involved in trade fairs and commercial actions. You report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the management team.
You are commercially minded… but also strong in structure, keeping an overview, and taking people along. You see what needs to be done and ensure that things move forward. You speak fluent Dutch, English, and German. French is a nice extra asset. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and can convince with previous commercial and/or managerial experience. You are hands-on, clear, and positive in your way of collaborating. You can coach, motivate, and at the same time follow up on results. You love structure but remain flexible when the customer or team needs to switch quickly. You are a commercial go-getter: you see opportunities, think in solutions, and do not give up at the first “no”. You understand that sales does not always stop at 5 PM. If a customer or colleague needs you, you think along, switch quickly, and jump in to help.
