We are looking for an organized, execution-oriented Product Manager who can turn strategic priorities into delivered outcomes. In this role, you will own and evolve the Partner Enablement and Ecosystem capabilities that power Flexera's relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and technology partners. You will bring strong product management fundamentals — from clear backlog ownership to disciplined planning — and the technical fluency to work closely with engineering on complex platform capabilities. You will thrive in an environment where clarity, structure, and follow-through are key to delivering value for partners and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for partner enablement and ecosystem capabilities.
- Translate business and partner needs into clear, actionable requirements and well-structured Jira epics and stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver multi-tenant, scalable partner administration experiences (e.g., hierarchy, access control, provisioning, onboarding).
- Maintain an organized, transparent product backlog and release plan, ensuring alignment across engineering and stakeholders.
- Drive regular planning, sprint reviews, and release readiness to keep teams on track and delivery predictable.
- Partner with Channels, Alliances, Services, and GTM teams to ensure successful launches and adoption of partner-facing features.
- Define and track KPIs such as time-to-value, activation rates, and partner engagement metrics.
- Stay current on managed services and ecosystem trends to inform long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or platform environment.
- Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional platform capabilities (e.g., integrations, provisioning, permissions, or multi-tenant administration).
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery practices — able to maintain clarity and accountability across teams.
- Strong organizational skills; you keep planning cycles structured and progress visible.
- Solid technical fluency — comfortable discussing architecture, workflows, and trade-offs with engineering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, and GTM functions.
Nice to Have
- Experience building for or partnering with MSPs, GSIs, or technology ecosystem partners.
- Background in B2B SaaS environments with usage-based or partner-driven models.
- Familiarity with identity management, RBAC, onboarding workflows, or platform ecosystems.
Why Join Us
- Shape the foundation that enables Flexera's global partner ecosystem to scale.
- Collaborate with a high-impact, cross-functional team that values clarity, accountability, and progress.
- Work on meaningful initiatives that drive both partner success and customer outcomes.
- Be part of a culture where great product management means great execution.
