The Flexera Sales Enablement Manager will empower our sales organization to effectively articulate and deliver the value proposition of Flexera\\\’s solutions to customers, driving increased pipeline generation, accelerated sales cycles, and enhanced revenue growth. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, deep product and domain expertise, mastery of sales methodologies, and exceptional training delivery and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Flexera\\\’s business objectives and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify sales training needs, content requirements, and process optimization opportunities.
- Build relationships with GTM sales teams and serve as a trusted voice of the field.
- Incorporate Flexera\\\’s unique value proposition and product expertise into all enablement programs.
- Embed AI enablement into core strategy—ensuring sales teams leverage AI tools for prospecting, messaging, account research, competitive analysis, and productivity, making AI adoption a driver of success.
- Create, manage, and maintain a centralized repository of high-impact sales enablement content (sales playbooks, presentations, case studies, competitive analysis reports, battlecards) emphasizing the Flexera value proposition.
- Ensure content is tailored to different sales stages, customer personas, and industry verticals.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (in-person and virtual) focused on domain expertise, value-oriented selling engagements, and MEDDPICC.
- Integrate MEDDPICC certification programs to ensure consistent application within the sales process.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams, facilitating skills development and best-practice sharing.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics (e.g., win rates, deal velocity, pipeline growth, sales cycle length) to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and continuously refine enablement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\\\’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering impactful sales training programs with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices (including MEDDPICC).
- Experience with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), content management systems and learning management systems.
- Excellent presentation and delivery skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience and familiarity with Flexera products and their value proposition are highly desirable.
