The Partner Sales Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth through strategic engagement with our partner ecosystem. This position bridges the gap between marketing efforts and sales outcomes, leveraging partner relationships to identify and qualify opportunities for Flexera's solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage proactively with partner-generated leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
  • Follow up on leads from partner-driven activities such as webinars, events, and online engagements
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, utilizing sales tools and following a structured lead follow-up process
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Business Operations teams to optimize partner engagement strategies
  • Create comprehensive hand-off documents for the field sales account team upon identifying qualified opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner organizations, their operational challenges, and pain points
  • Cultivate advanced prospecting skills and refine techniques for effective partner communication and relationship building
