The Manager, Revenue Operations will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering our sales, partner, and customer teams to achieve their revenue targets. This person will lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals responsible for managing and optimizing revenue operations processes, managing the revenue technology stack, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Oversee and improve revenue operations processes, including customer lifecycle management, customer information management, and sales technology utilization.
- Technology Management: Manage and optimize sales technology tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales, partner, and customer teams and drive efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for revenue-generating activities.
- Partner Operations: Collaborate with partner teams to streamline operations, enhance partner relationships, and drive joint revenue opportunities.
- Customer Operations: Ensure efficient customer operations processes to enhance customer adoption, satisfaction and retention.
- Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM, Salesforce, by implementing data quality standards and conducting regular audits.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales, partner, and customer teams on revenue operations processes and tools.

- Sales Technology Proficiency: Deep understanding of sales technology tools (including Salesforce and ecosystem) and their application in optimizing sales processes.
