In Revenue Operations Analytics we are on a continuous journey to raise the standard of the analytics we deliver to our GTM management team. We strive to over-deliver on requests, proactively raise risks and produce the key information that enables GTM leaders to run their business. This is a high-visibility role rather than a pure reporting role. You will collect requirements from a wide range of stakeholders, run analysis across datasets drawn from multiple systems and translate the results into clear, well-reasoned insights. You will be in the room with GTM leaders - presenting findings and offering recommendations that drive smarter business decisions and holding stakeholders to account for the actions that follow.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain reporting & dashboards measuring the performance of the GTM organisation. Own the process end to end - gathering requirements from stakeholders across the company, interpreting what they really need and delivering reporting they can use to drive their business. Focus areas include bookings, pipeline health, conversion rates, activity and productivity.
- Data Analysis & Insight: Analyse complex data from across the company to surface patterns, trends & risks and present clear, actionable insights to GTM leaders.
- Recommendation & Influence: Go beyond reporting to help drive change across the revenue organisation.
- Utilising AI: As a small team, we lean on AI to work smarter and run analysis. We are responsible for critically reviewing and validating outputs rather than taking them at face value. Share AI knowledge and best practice across the internal community.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Finance on shared projects and be the trusted provider of data and analysis to these teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with revenue systems (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong) and analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI).
- Familiarity with data modelling for revenue operations use cases, such as building forecasting models.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with large, complex data sets, drawing out business insights, and communicating clearly to all levels of the business.
- Detail-oriented, with a process-improvement and AI-development mindset.
