To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a DATABAR Sales Estimator located in Kendal, Westmorland Business Park, UK. The DATABAR Sales Estimator will be in charge of providing the administrative hold-up necessary to grow our business and enhance customer relationships to grow revenue and profitability.
What a typical day looks like:
- You will review the client technical specification, electrical, & mechanical drawings to map the requirements to ensure compliance with the DATABAR product.
- You will identify the routes and pathways for equipment through buildings using containment drawings and 3D Models to establish component requirements.
- Preparing reliable costing sheets and quotations to reflect the project DATABAR requirements.
- Prepare technical submittals.
- Building & maintaining effective working relationships with clients.
- Assisting other Anord Mardix departments so they can efficiently manage Projects to maximise the profits of the company.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
- To report to the Busbar Operations Manager.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Candidates must be able to manage time appropriately to meet requested deadlines.
- A background in Engineering is preferred, as is an ability to read, understand and analyse mechanical & electrical drawings.
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with high levels of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Candidates must be proficient in the day to day use of Microsoft based operating systems and the Office suite (Outlook / Word / Excel).
- Candidates must have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
