We are seeking enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join our team as Community Engagement Volunteers. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to support young people, facilitate programs, and promote our mission. Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing community events, workshops, and programs.
  • Support youth participants during sessions, in art and sport based activities, ensuring they feel engaged and valued.
  • Promote The Flex Youth and Community Group’s initiatives via social media, newsletters, and community outreach.
  • Help with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
  • Act as an ambassador for our mission, building positive relationships with community members and partners.
